Engineering
Our engineering department has the latest software to accomplish the job. We are able to take your conceptual idea to a manufacturing process using the greatest tooling, and Cad/cam systems. We are able to use a wide variety of file formats to program our Cnc centers.
We use the latest 3D-modeling CAD software, Rapid Prototyping machines, and testing methods to ensure ideas and concepts are turned into low cost, profitable, and desirable products.
CNC Fabrication
Our Cnc milling department is on the cutting edge of tooling technology. We machine various materials ranging from all grades of aluminum, to various grades of steels. We hold tight tolerances of +/- .0002.
Our Cnc lathe department is as equally advanced as the milling department. We run Multi axis live tool lathes. They are highly advanced, highly accurate turning Centers. These Turning centers also hold precise tolerances of +/- .0002. These lathes mostly cut steel and aluminum but we are tooled to cut all materials.
Our bending department consists of the latest technology. Bending materials from cold roll steel to solid chrome molly. We have a full welding department, capable of welding aluminum to your common steels.
Our in house welding department is capable of custom fabricating to your parts specifications, welding materials from aluminum to your Chrome Molly Steels. We create Jigs using our Cnc bender in conjunction with our laser Cmm to inspect for quality.
Assembly
Our assembly department can assemble your simplest to your most complex assemblies. We can create a label to match your specific needs, bubble wrap, bag and or just box up your items for shipping.
